I hated using commercial cleaners on the floors, my dogs walk on them, even when wet (as much as I would like them not to). So before the days of pinterest I came up with a safe alternative and posted it on Genius Kitchen (then it was recipezaar) in 2005 and it has a 5 star (53 reviews). This is the ONLY thing I use on my floors, and they always look shiny and clean!

I cannot use commercial oven cleaners, I have chemical sensitivities so I used what I had after researching how to get burnt food off a frying pan. Sometimes I will add lemon juice if it's extra dirty!
